Shipping Policy

At Danish Companion, we aim to make shipping simple, fast, and transparent. Below you'll find information about how we process and deliver your order.

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped from Denmark.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Final delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

Shipping Costs

We offer:

• Free delivery to a pickup point on orders over €110.
• For orders below €110, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

All shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a product marked as Pre-Order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly displayed on the product page.

Your order is reserved immediately and fulfilled in the order it was received.

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock products, it will generally be shipped once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch.

If you prefer a different arrangement, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Denmark and selected European countries.

If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us at contact@danishcompanion.dk.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to meet the estimated delivery times.

However, slight delays may occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances affecting our shipping partners.

If your order is significantly delayed, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your parcel or its contents arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@danishcompanion.dk. If possible, include photos of both the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge the actual return shipping costs, as well as any costs associated with reshipping the order.
